I'ved tried several third party keyboards (my favorite being Flesky), but I always end up back with the default Apple keyboard. 3rd party implementation is still buggy, still poses a privacy concern (albeit mild), and I've honestly never had an issues using the stock keyboard.

pretty much agree with every thing. The only concern is that the privacy risk is mild only if you believe that the vendor will not be malicious with your data and that they won't get hacked to the point where the hacker can have their way with your device. Remember that you have explicitly grant the keyboard vendor full access to your device. I too have decided to stick with the stock keyboard. Granted, I have given these rights to Apple. For now I trust them with my data and at least I am not exposing myself to multiple companies that increase the chances of a breach.

It costs money, I know and it's a bit more complicated, but such a joy to type/swipe with both thumbs once you get the hang of it.

It has become my default keyboard.

Too complex. I do not wish to use a keyboard that has a bigger learning curve than Adobe's software.

Well I personally never grant full access, that's why I said mild. If you grant any keyboard network capability than (like you said) you better trust the developer.

bug

Noticed a bug using Swiftkey. Sometimes my last messages get covered up when using the Swiftkey keyboard. I try to swipe up but it will not work. Its like when the keyboard launches it covers them upon insertion to screen.

Anyone else notice this issue?

Why does it have to look so... faux? I thought we were past that.

Swiftkey infringement

I am wondering how come nobody has tried Word Logic's iknowu keyboard? It has been around a long time and has patented technology that swiftkey infringes on and is currently being sued over. I like the keyboard and was wondering what others thought about it.

Here is what I was referring to in my thread about the bug with Swiftkey.

Good to see this update. I hope this fixed one of the major bugs that have plagued Swiftkey on the iPhone. Many MANY times the keyboard will just fail to appear when using spotlight search or various apps.
