iPhone Swipe controls for Spotify on lockscreen?

I'm looking for an easier way to change tracks while using Spotify in my car. A couple pf years back I used CarTunes, which let me swipe left to skip a song etc.

Any tweak that lets me swipe to skip tracks from the lockscreen?

Will Activator let me do this? It doesn't support 7.1 at the moment, so I haven't tried.
