iPhone 13 Swipe typing - WTF apple????

Before I switched to Apple, I used to joke that as many times as the keyboard would autocorrect "and" to "abs", I should have a 6 pack.

Luckily, I switched to Android, use gboard and rarely have typing errors.

Just one of the things that are starting to pile up that proves that Android "just works" better than iOS.

I use it to make lyrics for rap.

I use it every day. It gets a word wrong once in a while but it doesn't feel like a major inconvenience.

I swipe everything I write and find it so much easier.
Though with the pro max I’m having an issue of catching the speech button every now and again as I reach over to the left of the screen.
I actually began swiping originally on a Nokia Lumia many years ago and transitioned over here with it perfectly fine.

I also swiped the whole of this post without corrections needed 😉

It's much faster and you can sometimes even get away with not knowing the correct spelling of a word.

I use it in Chinese for this reason. Oddly enough Korean doesn’t have it (Samsung?)

* edit to say iPhone seems more context aware in Chinese

🤷‍♂️ I still haven’t spoken a word to siri or alexa or google etc and don’t plan to. Siri is disabled on all of my devices.
