swipe up for control centre and swipe down for notifications not working

I’m sure I read a thread on here about this problem but can’t find it now. Ever since WatchOS 6 I have issues where the swipe up for control centre and swipe down for notifications stops working. This happens every couple of days and the only fix I have found is to restart. Is this happening to anyone else? If so, have you found a permanent fix that doesn’t require a reboot?

Maybe, I haven't had the problem since. I have accessibility shortcut (3 time chrown press) to enable/disable zoom, if I need it.

Great thanks. Looks like is down toe accessibility zoom which I have switched on. Which of course is why it doesn’t affect everyone
