Does anybody know why on certain emails it'll ony give me the option to archive but on some it actually says delete? I would rather have it delete.

iPhone Swiping to delete emails, archive and/or trash option

Settings -> Mail, Contacts... -> Mail Account -> Account -> Advanced -> Move deleted mails to trash/archive.

Awesome, now seeing delete on all. Also if I just swipe completely and it disappears this means it deleted right?
The swipe options in the mail setting however don't match what it's doing. For example I swipe left to delete/archive but the settings menu says that flags the item. Also swipe right options have more options thn swipe left. Is this just me?
the same for me for gmail accounts. dont know why.
but the actions are ok for me. swipe left to archive, swipe right to trash
