SwirlyMMS on rogers?

Usualy I'd search these things out but I'm on my iPhone and I'm gettingcrwafy for work.

what I was wonderring is how hard is it to get swirlyMMS to work on a rogers network and how does that effect the billing, I gave heard of people having a hats time getting SwirlyMMS to work on AT&T networks.
