swiss army knife - not onyx

Looking for this app I saw a while ago that has lots of customization capabilities.
Part of its offering was I think cleanup and maintenance tool.

Stuff similar to Onyx but not Onyx and not Tinker tool.

The website was white and red. Any ideas?
