Swiss Charger case LED problem

Hello,

I bought recently a Swiss Charger iPower case and I am experiencing the following problem:
The second LED from the left stays on all the time (as long as the extra battery is charged).

Haven't found any troubleshooting manual 🙁
Any ideas? Does it mean anything? Should I return it?
