Swiss-pairings tournament app?

I'd like an app which will allow me to run a tournament of a fixed number of rounds, with pairings determined using Swiss-style seedings. (Chess tournaments are run like this, for example.) I've looked on the app store and found nothing. Is there one out there which I missed?

I've been looking for an app to pair chess tournaments too.
WinTD told me they have no plans to develop an app.
Does anyone know if an app exists to do SWiss Pairings on an Ipad or similar platform?
