Switch from PC to Mac and keep data?

I'm a new Mac user, as of about a week. I have an iPhone 4 with tons of data on it and I need to know how to migrate the information from PC to the Mac.

I've heard there are programs that can do this for you, but I wouldn't even know where or how to begin to find and choose one.

I'm hoping I can move all data, including address book, apps, etc., etc. I have extensive music, video, photos.. you name it on the iPhone.

Can someone help steer me in the right direction??

You can do it yourself, or just take it to a genius bar at an apple store and one of the geniuses will do it for you, for free 🙂
