Switch from quake to itunes, and back

Hi all, I know this is answered out there, or at least been asked but I didn't see it. Anyway, how can you switch from quake 3 full screen to itunes real quick, and then back again? Kind of like hitting the windows key on a PC to pull up the start menu, and thus the task bar. Thanks!

Command (Apple Key) + H?


Those tend to be the typical ones.

I don't think I ever figured out how to do that in Quake 3.
