switcheasy capsule rebel issue

i put a new capsule rebel on my phone but after a few days i decided i didn't like it because when i went to clean it, i started to see scratches along the bezel. is this normal? or did i just get a bad case? i read a lot of great things about it so i was pretty surprised.

i was going to return it but i (stupidly) threw out the little dock and whatever else it came with already. i guess i'm just stuck with it.

Yes, unfortunately scratching of the plastic "spine" is the norm for that case.

but why the hard piece even touch your bezel? thats why the flexible piece is between them.

exactly, that's why i figured my phone would be safe in it. the only hard piece touching the phone is at the top.
