So I purchase a Switcheasy CabsuleRebel Devil over 2 weeks ago. As soon as I put it on the phone the first time, I noticed the notorious sagging. I figured whatever, I'll email them and hopefully switch it out. After over 2 weeks and 3 emails, I have yet to receive a response. My last email even contained pictures. Is this company known for their terrible customer service??? All I want is a case that does not expose half of my bezel!!! Just wanted to know other people's experiences with what seems to be a company with terrible customer service.
