Here are the flash pictures. The case still seems to impact the flash. The other thing is that this case is not as easy to take on / off for some one that switches between cases as often as I do. The area by the buttons could be prone for breakage if you take on off I think. You have to be carefull not to bend the case and work it over the power button first when taking it off from what I have experienced so far. I have a youtube video processing at the moment. It will be uploaded later. I'll rock this case for a couple of days before I decide on keeping it or not.

i forgot the guy's name but he posted a video review on youtube. he had the clear, 'black', and white. he did mention in his post that while the clear cases did 'fine' with the flash, but the solid white case exhibited the glare.

really unfortunate because i wanted the white case as well :(

This is crap. You'd think a company that specifically says it works with flash would like... I don't know.... TEST IT TO SEE IF IT REALLY DOES??

I give up with these flash issues and the case. This will be the fourth case I've tired (Belkin Grip Vue, Feather, CaseMate Barely There, and just ordered this today). Which color did you get? I am starting to think Apple did something crazy with the flash because these case manufactures do not have issues with other phones such as Blackberry, etc. Since this is the first flash camera for an Iphone, this is new territory. It's just sad that this company states it doesn't have flash issues.

i bought the iFrogz Luxe Matte Black case. and it works real well with the flash. I found out as long as its a clear case or reflective paint is used for the case, its gonna have issues with the flash.

Not to ad on to all the issues people are having with switcheasy, but I also ordered a Nude. I ordered on the day they became available, didn't receive it until today, and although I ordered a Lime, I received a purple.......

I wouldn't be so upset, but there isn't even so much as a contact number? thats kinda ridiculous.

I have a Best skin ever full body skin installed. WIll the nude fit? Also, if it does will it show watermarks on the clear one?
Anybody know....Thanks

Tried this but is a no go. Had to take the part of the skin on the bezel off. Tight fit to keep the back skin on, but got it to work. Really snug and feels very solid. The back of the case has the exact same feelin of te front BSE, which is nice. I love it! I have the ultra black. Finally feel like I have a great protectionsolution that is minimalistic. And reception issue is gone.

Awesome to hear :). I ordered mine on the 7th and it got shipped the 8th but I haven't received it yet and tracking is still saying Electronic notification :(

I never drop my phone so this would be the perfect case for me :)

Switcheasy emailed me back and all I have to do is email them a little bit of info and they will send me out a replacement.

They cover there cases with a 2 year warranty.

Hopefully the turn around time is quick and I don't get a cracked case.

Ok at least I can leave the back on. Does it leave watermarks?????

Jeez, WTH. This isnt hard to avoid people, put out a legit product already! What is the problem with these companies!!??

Is there like a free return? I got the white one just now. I like that is very thin but the flash problem.. gahh

Yeah, that's why I like inCase, and the fact that they aren't rushing their product to market like so many other companies. Hopefully this means that their case won't have any problems with the flash. But at this point, I'm just going to wait for all the guinea pigs to test these before I swap out my bumper for a real case!

I do like the bottom piece that plugs up the port though. I wish this case had more top glass protection.

Do you happen to have a back skin installed?

I contacted switcheasy and they said that the thickness of a back skin can cause the case to be elevated a bit, in turn reflecting the flash. They affirmed me that they have done multiple tests with all the case colors and have had no problems with the flash whatsoever (without any back skins installed).

Their explanation does sound reasonable. These cases are meant to be a perfect fit so a slight difference can cause problems.

They also mentioned that if this is not the case, they will be more than happen to help you with your problem if you just contact them.

Can someone explain to me what the point is of having this case? It looks like it will do little protection on the back and absolutely no protection on the front...I would think you would receive the same protection from a protective skin/shield/film. Am I right?

I only have a SGP screen protector on the front. No back skin.

I didn't read every post but I can confirm that the Switcheasy Nude cases fit perfectly fine with the SGP Ultra EX Crystal back and front perfectly fine. I did not use the side protection as I thought it was junk...

Summary: Yes the case fits the phone with any back protection :)
