I'm torn between these two cases because they both add little to the overall size and are both pretty decent looking.

Which one do you guys think is better?

I'm leaning more toward the SwitchEasy because I adore the lime one :D

I got the Case-Mate and I'm happy with it. VERY thin and light (the downside is little drop protection... I'm guessing), no camera flash issue, looks sharp, etc.

Having said that, I can't compare to the Switcheasy case. I'll probably end up getting one of those at some point too...

Not true. There is a camera flash issue. Take 2 pics with case ona nd off and you will see the difference. I am returning my case-mate and just ordered a Nude. I think all of the cases have the flash issue to a certain degree.....Case-Mate's wasn't as bad as the Feather or Grip Vue's though.

I have both type of cases. I love love love my lime green SE case! I like how thin it is, the solid color, and the fact that it comes with a cover for the usb and headphone spots, which also matches the case color. Compared to the CM barely there case, it owns!

The CM case is made of a flexible material and is see-through. It's not as thin as SE's case but maybe that's because it also covers the outer edge of the front face, giving it a sense of better protection. I wouldnt know if it does, it just looks like it offers better protection than the SE case.

Both are finger print prone, but you cant see it as much on the CM cases. Theyre both well made cases but for me I like SE's case better. Their logo is on the side, not as noticible as CM's logo in the back. SE's case is seamless, while there's a line going all around the CM case and that annoys me when I see it at a certain angle under a certain light. The areas with the buttons on the SE cases are not covered, while the CM cases have them covered. Having them covered, it's more difficult to access those buttons but you get used to how hard you have to press if that makes sense. Where the volume buttons are on the CM case you can really see that center line and it just doesnt look pretty. Also, the ring/silent button on the CM case is cut out too big in my opinion....

Maybe I'm being biased here, but before you make the purchase just go to their websites and compare them for yourself. :)

Huh, it must depend on the exact scenario. I did the test and didn't see the issue...

Proof is in the pudding right here. Picture one, no case at all (notice the black dress and how nice the color is). Picture 2 is CaseMate barely there (compare the black dresses), Picture 3 is Incipio Feather (worst of them all, notice no flash reflection in the closet door compared to other 2, this is due to the small opening they have on their case. They are re-manufacturing them).

You tell me now if you see a difference :)

The Switcheasy nude. The Case Mate Barely There doesn't cover the Apple logo, etc and will let dust, dirt, sand, etc in. And as many of you know, that can lead to scratched (and yes, you can scratch the glass).

Getting my phone today. These two is my pick too. Which case has the better front lip to protect the front glass?

Also consider the Sonix Snap case. There's a pretty large thread about it on this forum. I have one on my phone and I couldn't be more happy. It's thin, has plenty of "faceplant" protection, covers the apple logo, unobstructed buttons/dock, and has a matte finish. Also comes with a couple screen protectors which, surprisingly, aren't that bad. I got it for $21 shipped from costco's website, and it can also be found at mygearstore.com

Case-Mate Barely There is so much better than Switcheasy NUDE! Switcheasy NUDE is a piece of junk! I'll have my review on the Barely There very soon, but go check out the Switcheasy NUDE review.

I vote for the Case-Mate case because it exposes the apple logo.

Such a nice looking logo, can be used as a mirror. Why would you want a case to cover it?!??!

Of course I will use a screen protector on the logo so it doesn't get scratched.

I can't see myself paying more money for less of a case so I went with the NUDE lol.
