Switcheasy Pure Reflect Screen Protector

I'm not sure if its because of the new in cell touch display or the brightness but this is just insane. I would think they would test a product before selling.
The pure reflect is their version of a mirrored screen protector. Im not surprised that it looks like that
I've had mirror screen protectors before from other brands and it was never like this. Customer support emailed me back saying to go to the site and file for a return. No answer to my question if this is normal or maybe a defect.
