Switcheasy: query about delivery

I ordered a Vulcan from Switcheasy Europe last Sunday (12th). I know they deliver from Hamburg, but does anyone know how long it generally takes them to deliver to the UK? Just I've been without a case for about a week.

I ordered a Switcheasy NeoTouch about 1 week ago and it took 3 days to get to me.
