I'm hoping someone can give me advice.

I ordered the iPhone 4 Switcheasy nude case when it was first released and before it arrived I decided I didn't want it. I emailed Switcheasy and was told to refuse the package and they would process my refund after it's returned.

It has now been almost a month since I returned the package (refused July 15) and every time I email them, they send me the standard response to be patient, refunds take 1 to 2 weeks, etc.

They have no contact phone numbers and the last email I sent 2 days ago was never returned. Any advice on how to get my money back or what my next step should be? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
 
Really, just be patient. I was in the same boat as you and finally got my refund. Just be patient.
