I'm hoping someone can give me advice. I ordered the iPhone 4 Switcheasy nude case when it was first released and before it arrived I decided I didn't want it. I emailed Switcheasy and was told to refuse the package and they would process my refund after it's returned. It has now been almost a month since I returned the package (refused July 15) and every time I email them, they send me the standard response to be patient, refunds take 1 to 2 weeks, etc. They have no contact phone numbers and the last email I sent 2 days ago was never returned. Any advice on how to get my money back or what my next step should be? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
