Switching cables for PS4 and MBP help?

Evening everyone!

I have recently started playing my PS4 on my external Dell monitor via HDMI cable - the only problem with this is, I use the same monitor for my MacBook Pro, it is annoying and time consuming to take the HDMI cable out of the back of the monitor for the PS4 and to replace it with the HDMI cable for the MacBook Pro - is there anything on the market right now which will allow me to switch from cables when I choose to? like some kind of cable connector which allows both cables to be plugged in the back? if so, what are these called?

Are you talking about some sort of HDMI switch? I use a 5 port switch to give my TV 4 additional HDMI ports, all it takes to change devices is a button press (or using it's supplied remote).
