Switching CDMA iPhones

Hi guys,
My father and I are planning to switch our Verizon iPhones, but we're not sure exactly how it's done. Any advice? Can it just be done with iTunes?

You would have to go to Verizon to do that. It's not like a GSM phone where you just swap out the sim card.

You can do it online if you have the serial numbers
