Switching colors at pickup

I’ve been very undecided on which phone to get. I got the Silver but I’m having second thoughts. Given that they have in store units, is there a way to switch colors at pickup for one of the phones they would have sold to people waiting in line?

Ya I can stomach that. I thought I might get to skip the line and just do it during my pickup window

Nope, you'll have to wait along with everyone else in the walk-in reservation line. Once you get it and purchase it then return the one you picked up.
