So switching to tmobile is saving me over $100 a month, will get me more features, they'll pay for my ETF and upgrade my phones for almost free.

Crazy story! I was on the way out from just simply having our numbers ported. I saw the manager putting a sign out that said FREE iphone 7 when you bring your phone over (something to that effect). I asked him if it was too late, and he simply said "yeah." Not sure if he was just being lazy or what, but I got home and called customer service.

They said I am able to do this..just head back to the store and get them on the phone again. The ip7 32gb was free. Anything better than that and you had to pay a little more for. I went with the 7+ 128gb for $200 (plus taxes and upgrade fee). Still a good deal in my opinion.

Yeah. He is being lazy, you do not have to activate a new line to get that free iPhone 7 offer. Just simply port in a new number on the temporary number they gave you. The crazy thing is you can even sign up for the free line promo going on right now and use that line to port in and get a free iPhone 7 after trading in qualifying device. (iPhone 6 or 6s)
