To start off, I have Fusion with XP installed. Is it possible to export the files on the VMDK and use everything on it, including windows, and use it on the BC partition?

That's a ...really good question. I'm not sure.

I think the best you could do using Windows' own tools is to install Windows on the Boot Camp partition and start it in a VM, then start your other Windows installation in its VM, then use Windows' Migration Assistant to copy over your settings and data. However, you might be better off using a third-party Windows cloner to do that.
