Switching from Miles to Kilometres in Activity App

So, I have set my apple watch to kilometres and it outputs my run distance in km's. However, the activity app on my iPhone registers my run distance (for the same runs) in miles. I can't seem to find a way to change this on the phone, any suggestions?

Go to Health app -> Activity -> Scroll to "Walking + Running Distance" and click on that -> Check the Unit it is set to

Thanks, that fixed it! Didn't even occur to me to check Health app.
