I have a TM hdd hooked up to my AEBS and I'm backing up over wifi. If I was going to switch to Time Capsule, can I just transfer over all my TM backups from the old hdd to the new Time Capsule?

Open Disk Utility > click on the TM Source >drag the 'old" TM into {Source} > then drag the "new" TM into {destination} finally click on Restore button ...

Doing these steps it'll [move] the TM file from the 'old' drive to the new drive.. And it'll take some time to complete..

Just re-check TM preference panel that the "new" TM is being used.. If the drive is being used then your golden..

Would this method save all my incremental backups?

I followed the steps that I've posted and it's working fine ever since i did it .. {Went from 80GB to 320GB}.. Took roughly 35 mins to complete the transfer..

Yes it'll save all backups... Just rename the "old" TM drive, so you don't get the drives confused...
