Switching glitch between ANC / Transparency

It’s the second time that the APP can’t switch between the different mode.

Although via phone I can select the toggle nothing happens.

Then I put the AirPods in the case and everything’s fine.

Any strange behavior like this has been pointed out?

Just experiencing this exact same issue. It’s so annoying. Switching between the modes doesn’t do anything.

Edit: Putting them back in the case and taking them back out also solved it for me. Connecting audio to the phone and back to the AirPods did not solve it, neither did a phone reboot.

Same “fix” for me. It probably something software related issue.

I pop this thread again. Today the thing happened again. For many times I was not able to control the different modes and experimented a weird connection lag between sx and dx bud.

Is it common for other users?
I’m still in the returning window but don’t know, because By other side the APP are great. Don’t won’t to pick up a faulty model with charging issue or other stuff (battery drain only on one bus etc).
