Switching SSD's between two mbp retina

I just wanted to know if it was possible tow switch ssd's between two MacBooks, preserving all data and bootcamp. The two laptops whose ssd's i need to switch are the macbook pro 15 retinas, where one of them is the early 2013 and the other one is late 2013 version.

Nope, they use different connectors. You can switch the SSDs of the same generation though.
