Thanks for all the comments. First off: I do design for all platforms and all web browsers, when its my time and I get paid for it. But, when client does not care but only about PC users and only budgets me for PC users, then thats all the time I have, is to design for Fire and IE....plus i am not a programmer, I am a designer...and I already do work in a professional place that (when budget allows) designs for all browers and platforms (but trust me when I say big business don't care). Also, no matter how perfect you design it for safari...beings standards compiant, it still looks differt on a PC running IE. (if you want ot continue this argument, lets start it on another board)

But, the more important question is where can i get quality refurbished apple machines? I have looked all around the apple store but can't find it!

At the apple store, on one of the sidebars there's a "click here to save" link that goes to Apple refurbished computers.
