Swollen iPhone X battery

My iPhone X battery got swollen sometime back which I think later pushed my screen to get the several green lines.
Just 3 weeks ago I went to replace both the screen and the battery just to realize today that my battery is swollen again.
what do you guys think the problem will be?
Should I ditch my phone for a new one?
What might I be doing wrong?

As other said. It was probably a poor quality battery. If it is swelling. You'll want to get it out of there ASAP.
