iPhone Swype

Swype from the app store keeps making my messages app freeze up. Upon freezing up, I'm forced to force close the app and re-open it. Anyone know if this might be happening only on jailbroken devices? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a known issue with all third party keyboards, even on stock. In fact, it happens less on my JB iPhone 6 than on my stock 8.1.1 iPad. Go figure.

I ended up uninstalling swift key as it did the same as you describe. I had hoped there may be a jail broken alternative but haven't found it yet!

I'm having this problem frequently. Also jailbroken but noticed keyboard bugs with Swype before the jailbreak. It's still a new feature so probably a few wrinkles left to iron out
