Since my install of iOS 7 GM I have had this symbol of a phone with an arrow pointing away from it - next to the 3G icon. I assume it's to alert you to "call forwarding" but I do not have this feature activated and never have. When I go to Settings>Phone>Call Forwarding whilst it's checking to see if it's activated the symbol disappears and then the settings screen shows that it's off. Then once you restart the phone it comes back and you must follow the above to get rid of it.
Anyone got any ideas what's going on?

It may come back after a restart.

I had this issue a while back and it was caused by HulloMail. A restore was the only way to get rid of it.
