Sympatico.ca mail setup on iPad 2

I am trying to set up my in-laws' sympatico.ca (Bell Canada) email account on their new iPad 2. Tried "Other" under Settings > Mail but get a continuous loop of "Verifying". Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

just sync ur mail app with iTunes and all the info should copy over. if not, check these:

POP settings

host name pophm.sympatico.ca
user name is full email address
SSL = On
port 995 for POP

SMTP settings:

smtphm.sympatico.ca
SSL = On
Port 587 or 25 for SMTP

Thanks for the response and info. Here's the ironic thing, I went to Mail, Windows Live Mail and entered their info and waalaa, it worked. Not sure how and why but their up and running.
