Sync all devices

Hi Guys,

I'm new to this so take it easy with me. LoL


I have just bought an Apple Macbook Pro, switching from Windows.

I have Iphone 4, iPad and now my macbook pro. When i receive an email it comes up on all 3 devices. How to i get them to sync. So if i read, reply and delete and email on my iPhone. How do i get this to sync with my other 2 devices?

I do have a MobileMe subscription too if this helps.

Is there no other way?

I did try IMAP on my windows laptop but it kept saying I had exceeded my limit
