iCloud Sync and update problems Mail, Numbers

Mail on my M1 14" only updates sporadically. I can't force it to look for new mail. I can send emails without any problems. I also noticed Numbers dosent update on my iPhone (13 Pro) when I make changes on my laptop. Any ideas?

Regarding Mail…when you have Window/Activity open and click "Get Mail" in the Toolbar you're not seeing anything in the Activity window?

It says checking for mail. I logged out of iCloud and back in to see if that solved the problem. Now I have no emails, BUT I received 2 emails now an hour ago. It's so weird

Now I got this. Nothing has changed (as far as I know) with the wifi. It works for everyone else in the family
