I have a rMB for when I travel and a 15 rMBP for when working at a desk.
Before El Capitan, I used ChronoSync to keep both computers up to date and identical copies.
This would include my mails, mailboxes, etc in Apple Mail.

Since El Capitan has been released, I cannot seem to be able to sync the mail content anymore...
I thought that would be resolved with one of the updates but this is still not working...

I follow the guide made by ChronoSync (http://www.econtechnologies.com/chronosync/guide-sync-apple-mail-between-two-macs.html). Does anyone know which folders need to be synced between 2 Macs for Apple Mail ?

Thanks a lot.

With IMAP mail, wouldn't the mail on each computer reflect what wasz on the server and be identical?
