Sync Apps on my 2 iPads

I recently bought 2 new iPads for my Niece and Nephew and loaded one up with Apps.

What's the easiest way to keep the Apps synced between the 2 so I don't have to go on the App Store and download everything again ?

They all have to be on the same apple ID as least as far as the apps go, and then you can download them from the cloud.

Backup the first ipad in itunes and then restore the backup onto the other ipad. that will give u an identical copy of the apps on the second ipad.
