Sync apps too many

Me and my bro have an itouch each and whenever i sync my itouch i always get his apps in with mine .

Now im gonna be having 2 ipads and dont want this to happen so what is it im doing wrong ?

Are you guys on the same account? I'm pretty sure apps are based on accounts and not just on a computer.

Im sure he has his own , could it be that if i were automatically logged in on my uk itunes account on itunes it would do this .
