sync calendar subscriptions

I subscribe to US Holidays in iCal, but subscriptions dont seem to sync with MM. Any suggestions to getting those dates onto my iPhone?

in your desktop app. export the us calenders sup. and then import it back. sync with mm and iphone. voila

Shouldn't this be easy? ;-) While that would work with the US Holidays, I subscribe to a Google calendar as well and would prefer not to have to export and import weekly for that calendar.

ive been on these boards and apples boards all weekend and as far as i can see there is no other solution. its really not that hard or time consuming. sure, it should sync these calenders automatically, but it doesnt. yet. it should be taken care of in the future.
