Sync Contacts - iMac, iPhone, iPad, iCloud

Hi Guys,

Got a query regarding how to sync all your contacts. Basically how can you get address book to sync with your contacts in iCloud? In my iCloud and on my iPhone, iPad I have a different number of contacts compared what those in my address book on my iMac

On a first sync, iCloud should merge your contacts from both sources, so each time you switch a new device to sync contacts with iCloud, all data will merge and update in all devices.
That's the theory!

For safety, I backed up my Mac address Book before I switched it on though 😉

You can un-tick the Contact sync option in iCould settings, backup your Address Book and then re-tick it?
But it should be synching constantly anyway
