Sync contacts on OSx

Hi folks, i am looking forward to synchronize my gmail contact list with mail.app, after google it i discover just a few options, but it seems that is not automatic refreshing the info, so i would like to know your recommendation.

I've been meaning to get back to your post because I've done this on my PowerBook.

Take a look here. The missing piece is forcing the sync with Address Book and Google.
