Sync contacts to mail2web?

I've just started using a free exchange account with mail2web and I would like to sync my contacts from my phone to the server - as it is, its wiped my phone contacts as its synced form the server to my phone! Is this possible?

iPhone deletes the existing contacts when you configure an Exchange account for syncing, unless you also have MobileMe configured on the device too. I also have a mail2web account and I made sure first that my contacts were imported to Exchange before continuing with the configuration on the iPhone.
