Sync Folders on iCloud

Hi all, I've been doing some "housekeeping" in my macbook and I ran across the below issue

I was under the impression that my Documents and Desktop folders were syncing on iCloud since I had this options enabled

The above is accessed from About this Mac -> Storage -> Manage -> Store in iCloud (in Recommendations tab)

Then I found out that in System Preferences -> Apple ID -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive Options I get the following picture:

So which one is it? Am I or am I not syncing my Desktop and Documents folder?

In my iCloud Drive I can't find those two folders BTW.

Also any ideas how to add a folder other than Desktop or Documents in the i Cloud Drive Sync?

I don’t think you’re syncing and I don’t think you can add a different folder to iCloud Drive sync unless you put it into iCloud Drive. Should be made an option though
