Sync from iPod Touch to Mobile Me

Hello all and thanks for viewing,

I was curious on a couple of things:

1. When you turn on your Wi-Fi and you are connected, how long does it take to initiate syncing?
2. Is there some indication of syncing in progress?
3. If "push" is off and you click on "manual"....how do you manually start the sync?
4. In iTunes with my Touch connected and you go to "Info", it says that you are currently wirelessly syncing with Mobile Me but the Wi-Fi on the Touch is off.....why?
