sync generic mp3 players in itunes?

^^ Is it possible? Is there a plugin for what I want to do?

I've tried searching Google, but I dont think my wording is quite right.

No you can't.

It's iPod/iPhone only (except Moto ROCKR and Palm Pré, but for the latter, it's illegal).

But you select all songs in iTunes, and drag them into the mp3 player volume on the desktop.

Songbird I believe can sync with multiple mp3 players, plus it can read your itunes library, you could try that as a go-between...
