I am trying to find where my Camera Roll photos (the ones taken with my iPhone) are on my computer after Syncing with my iPhone, but cant seem to locate them anywhere. The photos in the folder I designated to sync with seem to load onto the iPhone fine, but I cannot find my iPhone photos on my comp.

I am on a crusty ole PC using WinXP with photoshop installed. iPhoto is only available for Macs? Is there a way to click and drag my Cameral roll photos over manually?

You have to manually import them into iPhoto.

Yes iPhoto is only for OSX. No there is no way to drag over the photos. Check the settings/preferences in iTunes when you have the iPhone plugged in. I believe you can change the default location.

With a windows computer (either xp or vista) you can always go to 'my computer'. It'll show the iphone as a camera device and clicking on it will open up the folder to where your camera roll photos are.
