Apple Music Sync iPhone on new Mac without library

I have a new Mac. I have an old phone and haven't updated the songs on it in ages. I need to transfer a handful of new tracks to the phone but I don't have the music library (from iTunes) from the old laptop anymore.

How do I set up the phone on the new Mac to let me put new tracks on it without the sync wiping whats already on there?
