Sync iPhoto collection with a USB key?!?

Is there a way sync my iphoto collection with a USB key when it is inserted?

I know time machine syncs everything to an external HDD, but I also want my pictures folder on my USB key, and resync'd whenever i put the USB Key in.

Feasible?
