I want to be able to work on my website on my Mac and then press a button and have the changed files automatically updated on the server, preferably without needing to do any manual dragging and dropping into an FTP app.

It's been a while since I did local->server syncing, but does anyone know the absolute simplest way of syncing in OS X?

I just finished installing rsync 3.0.6. Easier than I remember, might just stick with this!

Something else to look at, Cyberduck has a Synchronize option.
