Sync log?

I'm running iTunes 9.0.3 with a 3G FW 3.1.3 on Windows 7. I'm having trouble syncing applications and am curious if there is a sync log somewhere that I can review to see if there are any errors.

I am able to transfer applications to the iPhone, but I am not able to transfer applications from the iPhone to iTunes.
